I spent years working in the builder, architect and design world before starting Haven and Stone. That is where I learned how a project actually gets priced, where the money goes, and how often a homeowner ends up talking to four different people who each know one piece of it.
I use that experience to work backwards from your budget. We are a small GC company so we don't have high overhead and I am the liaison from start to finish. You call me, you text me, you tell me the number is wrong and I am the one who adjusts the plan.
